Within the last week, the Cordell High School girls' golf team, Birdie Brown and Mackinlee Brunker, have demonstrated exceptional skill by surpassing over 210 girls across three golf tournaments. Their hard work, dedication, and unwavering determination are yielding outstanding results for both athletes. Coach Megan Brown expressed, “I am exceedingly proud of these two talented golfers, and their future appears exceptionally bright, both individually and for the Cordell Girls Golf Program.”

Today, at the Fort Cobb Golf Course, they achieved an impressive 1st and 2nd place finish for the third consecutive time, notwithstanding the challenging conditions with wind gusts reaching 25-30 mph.
