Members of our Cordell High School Business Professionals of America (BPA) chapter had an amazing experience at the Oklahoma City Thunder's Pro Sports Career Day! Students Vanessa Deroin, Kody Belding, Isabella Doughty, and Advisor Mrs. Katie Love were inspired by an executive speaking panel featuring:

Mike Wendling, Assistant General Manager at Paycom Center with ASM Global
Following the panel, students participated in engaging breakout sessions with professionals from different areas of the Thunder organization. This provided a fantastic opportunity to learn about diverse career paths in the sports industry. After spending a day with the organization’s executives, they capped off the day by attending the game and seeing the Thunder defeat the Grizzlies!
