Cordell High School proudly announces the successful commencement ceremony for the Class of 2023, which took place on Monday, May 8, 2023, at 7:00 pm in the Cordell School Auditorium. With immense pride and excitement, the Cordell community gathered to celebrate the achievements of 25 outstanding graduates.
The ceremony featured heartfelt speeches from Co-Valedictorians, Aubbri Johnston, Adam Lindsey, and Nathan Jackson, and Salutatorian, Cheyann Edison, who offered guidance, inspiration, and words of wisdom to their fellow graduates. They acknowledged the collective efforts, perseverance, and dedication displayed by the class throughout their academic journey.
The graduates, donning their traditional navy blue caps and gowns, walked across the stage one by one, receiving their diplomas and shaking hands with School Board President, Nocona Cook. The excitement on their faces was evident as they celebrated their hard-earned accomplishments, and embraced the beginning of a new chapter in their lives.
